MBCC Finternet Ops™ — Intellectual Property & Licensing Boundary

This training portal contains MBCC’s proprietary methodology, enablement materials, and operational guidance. Access to training does not grant ownership of MBCC IP, and does not authorize production delivery without an active license.

1) What you are allowed to do

  • Learn MBCC’s delivery methodology for tokenized-asset operations and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Use MBCC-provided templates (SOW language, checklists, pilot structures) to deliver services only under an active MBCC partner/whitelabel agreement.
  • Brand approved client-facing materials when permitted by your partner tier, without altering prohibited sections (claims, compliance, risk language).
  • Operate MBCC agents and bundles for clients only when your license tier explicitly grants deployment rights.

2) What you are NOT allowed to do

  • No resale or redistribution of this portal, its pages, or its content (including screenshots, mirrors, PDF exports, or re-hosting).
  • No derivative works: you may not copy, rewrite, translate, or “re-skin” MBCC playbooks/tracks into a competing product.
  • No reverse engineering of agent behavior, prompts, configurations, scoring logic, or governance guardrails.
  • No unauthorized delivery: training access does not authorize production consulting or deployments without a signed agreement.
  • No prohibited claims: do not claim guaranteed outcomes, investment performance, financial advice, or regulatory approval.

3) Ownership & scope

MBCC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to: (a) Finternet Ops™ methodology and delivery system, (b) training structure, tracks, quizzes, and certification program, (c) agent definitions, prompts, configurations, guardrails, runbooks, scoring, and orchestration logic, and (d) all improvements and derivatives thereof.

Partners retain ownership of their independent business assets not derived from MBCC materials (e.g., their own branding, unrelated services, and independent IP).

4) Confidentiality & controlled exposure

  • Some content is intentionally “surface-level” for public education. Deeper implementation details may be gated by partner tier, NDA, and certification completion.
  • MBCC may update, revoke, or restrict access to protect customers, partners, and platform integrity.
  • All partner deliveries must remain within approved scope and language boundaries.

5) Enforcement

Unauthorized redistribution, derivative products, misrepresentation of scope, or prohibited claims may result in: immediate revocation of partner status, termination of license, legal enforcement, and public disassociation.

6) Quick “safe language” reminders

  • Say: “This helps improve operational visibility and workflow speed.”
  • Don’t say: “Guaranteed ROI, guaranteed settlement accuracy, guaranteed compliance.”
  • Say: “Human review remains required for decisions.”
  • Don’t say: “The agent makes investment decisions.”
