Create a single “Proof Artifact” you can show a buyer: Runbook outline + Evidence Packet outline + Acceptance checklist.
What to include
- Daily Ops Runbook outline (owners, steps, exceptions)
- Evidence Packet outline (what to capture + retention)
- Acceptance checklist (measurable, testable criteria)
- Incident response template (trigger, timeline, postmortem)
Submission
For now, store this in your delivery repo (PDF or Markdown). When you add accounts later, we can support uploads.
Tip: Keep it non-sensitive—no private keys, no customer PII.
